Working with Marc Karn, I have found he has tremendous listening skills. He appreciates and understands what I am conveying to him regarding how my prosthetic is fitting. Additionally, he wants to know what condition your stump is in regarding any sores etc. He is exceptionally easy to talk with and is very open to hearing any of your concerns.
Being a prosthetist, definitely, requires a special kind of engineer.
